Especially, the contents of the articles published in the five-years-old journal "Ansiedad y Estrés" are analysed in detail. This multidisciplinar and theoretically open-minded publication represents a generalized phenomenon in the current Spanish Psychology called "over-specialization", which pretends to spread out papers on anxiety and stress and related issues (v.g. emotions, personality, and health issues).
