Stress, teacher occupation and teacher personality

Abstract
This paper labelled research and intervention programs in the field of stress as “dominium research”. It requires the involvement of contributions coming from other disciplines beside Psychology. An interactive model of teacher’s activity is presented, considering the profesional context as well as personality variables. This model is of great interest in the conceptualization phase of the Stress Inoculation Training methodology field.
