Prevention and control of stress at work

Abstract |
Work is not always related to stress. The models of Quality of Working Life and Working Health show that stress at work is a negative element in organizations. Primary and Secondary prevention alongsidet the control and coping with stress responses in workers make stress responses decrease. Organizational programs for control and intervention in stress tned to be useful in spite of the often limited approaches. In the whole intervention process the organizational approach is essential.
