Intervention programmes in the treatment stress in organizational settings

This paper has a double aim: firstly, to give an updated presentation of working models and intervention programmes in the treatment of stress in organizational settings and, secondly, to analyse a model which presents stress as a emotional response that is an outcome, real o advanced, of interactions betwen the individual and his enviroment, paying attention to the programmes based on participatory action research. Finally we give same recommendations to carry out interventions in the field of organizational stress.
