Abstract
Some lexical and conceptual considerations are made on happiness, subjective wellbeing, and emotional intelligence. Then, the results from some studies with the Eudemon Scale of Personal Well-being are presented: the scores in the Eudemon Scale do not correlate with scores in g factor of intelligence, but they do correlate with scores in emotional intelligence, positively with two components of it, Reparation and Clarity, while with a third component, that of Attention, Eudemon Scale has shown a negative correlation.
