Abstract
The objective of the Spanish Working Group of the COST B13 European Program was to adapt the recommendations of the original version to the Spanish reality, developing a Spanish version that serves as a basis for local adaptations to be made later. The Group was promoted by the representatives of Spain in the Program Management Committee, and the representatives designated for this purpose by the relevant scientific and clinical entities in the field of low back pain also participated (Table 1). The Spanish Group reviewed the recommendations of the international groups in light of the scientific evidence that has arisen since its preparation. To make the recommendations more applicable, he also merged those referring to acute and chronic low back pain into a single time sequence, ordering the application of the recommended technologies based on the type of patients in which they had been evaluated, and the scientific evidence on their use. efficacy, safety, effectiveness and efficiency. In addition, it added a structured declaration of the possible conflicts of interest of the members of the Group, used the reviews of the literature carried out by the international groups to prepare the Spanish version applying the criteria of the AGREE Collaboration, and applied this instrument to evaluate its quality. .
