Measuring burnout reliability, factors structure, and validity of EPB

The burnout is a term variously defined. It can means a problem resulting from a big and continous effort at work. In this article we review briefly the concept and assessment on burnout. The aim of the second part is to explore the reliability, validity and factor structure of EPB (Psychological Burnout Scale) using data from a sample of 400 people. Findings indicate the adequacy of EPB.
