The burnout syndrome or the careless helping worker

The autor defines the syndrome of the burnout, a not included syndrome in the international diagnosis clasifications. She proposes it´s difference with others disorders and the specialization it´s vinculation to the laboral ambit of the workers who perform their work in Helping-Services to human beings. She introduces different considerations in relation with the laboral organization, it´s evolution and crisis, finishing with consideration about the ways of intervention to offer attentions or cares to the workers of these services.
