Role stress and risk clues of cardiovascular disease

The main objective of the present paper is to review studies focused on the role stress-coronary heart disease risk indicators. The results yoelded by the studies carried out do not show a consistent pattern. In this paper, those results are discussed, some characteristics of the reviewed studies are analyzed, and a number of aspects which should be considered in future investigations are suggested.
