Resumen |
An index of resilience was developed, using the positive and benevolent items of the scale of Basic Assumptions of Janoff-Bulman. This index associated to more experience in proud and a perception of solidarity climate and positive emotions in social environment, as a reaction to March 11 th. It also correlated and predicted a coping style of positive reconstruction of this events, more positive mood, social integration and better socio-emotional climate, after two months. The coping of positive reconstruction of the intra and interpersonal reactions mediated the effect of the resilience in the positive mood. The inference of benefits in the collective reaction (being more supportive, reinforce the sensibility before human rights violations) completely mediated the influence of the resilience in the improvement of the perception of emotional climate after two months. Also, the resilience was associated to a greater intensity of negative emotions, in contrast with the Tugade y Fredrickson s proposal, (2004). The results are discussed from the mature emotional adaptation perspective (Labouvie-Vief, 2003). The interaction and dependence of the positive effects of the resilience in the social climate of solidarity and positive collective emotions are discussed from the resilience frame as a dispositional trait which adaptive coping is facilitated by the social context.
