Moreover, it is attempted to link psychological contract perceived breach with burnout. The modified model proposes five central domains of the work situation: task characteristics, working conditions, organizational trust, interactional justice and perceived breach. Specifically, the outcomes proposed are: job satisfaction, burnout and health consequences. All these hypothesized relationships were simultaneously tested using a structural equations modelling technique. The results of a series of AMOS analyses indicate that the postulated model fits well to the data.
