The paper has four objectives. Predicting variables include sociodemographic dimensions and team climate; criterion variables are burnout and psychosomatic manifestations. Sample consisted of 532 participants belonging to 110 work teams from companies in Tarragona, Lleida, Barcelona and Valladolid. Four instruments were applied: Socio-demographic aspects, TCI, MBI, PSICOSOM-27. Results obtained indicate that team climate is a predictor of burnout and psychosomatic manifestations.
