Díaz Ramíro00aConfirmatory factor analysis of the DECORE Questionnaire a237-2480 v163 aThe aim of this paper is to further analyse the psychometric characteristics of the DECORE Questionnaire (Luceno & Martin, 2008) which assesses workers perceptions of some psychological risks that research has largely related with poor occupational health and well-being. The sample was split into two sub-groups. The first one consisted of 299 workers and data were analysed using an exploratory factor analysis; the second group consisted of 315 workers and data were analysed via a confirmatory factor analysis. Four factors were extracted from both exploratory and confirmatory analyses: Cognitive Demands, Control, Rewards and Organizational Support. Reliability index was higher than .78 for all four factors and in both groups. a1134-7937 a2174-0437
