According to the factorial approach, the ISRA-B is reduced from 24 to 21 items. Besides, there is some variation of items due to the integration of the factors with respect to the original scale. We conclude that the adapted version of the ISRA-B is a valid and reliable instrument, so we recommend its use with performance football players when assessing anxiety responses.
