Using hierarchical regression analysis to predict each variable of the sequence through their antecedents, we find that in fixed personnel -as well as in low involvement personnel-, the forecast is only slightly significant. However, for the temporary personnel, and those with high involvement, thefore cast is very significant. Furthermore, our results suggest a new link inthe "Tension-Satisfaction-Propensity to Leave" sequence: Tension also has a direct influence on the Propensity to leave, both under modulation of the type of contract and under modulation of employee involvement.}, year = {1997}, journal = {Ansiedad y Estrés}, volume = {3}, number = {1}, pages = {103-114}, month = {01/1997}, publisher = {Sociedad Española para el Estudio de la Ansiedad y el Estrés}, issn = {1134-7937}, isbn = {2174-0437}, }
