Multidimensional Questionnaire: an instrument for the assesment of psycho-social factors/risks within the work context}, abstract = {Assessing psycho-social risks within the work context is a main task in Occupational Risk Prevention. In spite of the effort in research, most of the instruments to assess these risks do not offer, to our way of thinking, enough psychometric warranties. Thus, our objective was to develop an instrument for the assessment of psychosocial risks able to go beyond the present difficulties. In this paper we are presenting the results regarding the DECORE Multidimensional Questionnaire s validation. The sample consisted of 614 employees who filled in the 3rd version of the DECORE 3R (Luceño, 2005). The final result was the definitive version of the DECORE Multidimensional Questionnaire, created to assess workers perception with regard to psycho-social risks. The questionnaire is composed of 44 items grouped in four factors, named: cognitive demands, control, rewards and organizational support.}, year = {2005}, journal = {Ansiedad y Estrés}, volume = {11}, number = {2-3}, pages = {189-202}, month = {07/2005}, publisher = {Sociedad Española para el Estudio de la Ansiedad y el Estrés}, issn = {1134-7937}, isbn = {2174-0437}, }
