A method of hierarchical cluster analysis was used and six groups of profiles were found. Analyses were performed separately for forms of anxiety reactions (cognitive, physiological and motor) and types of situations evoking anxiety (test, interpersonal, phobic, and daily life situations). Another analysis used both criteria. It was found that not all clusters showed differentiation in anxiety and level of anxiety appeared to be an important factor in that matter.
