Among these techniques, problems solving methods (D Zurilla y Goldfried, 1971) are one of the more frequently used due to its versatile application areas. It is presented the case on a patient with important levels of anxiety because of a bad method for solving socials problems. Because of the high levels of cognitive and psychological anxiety deactivation and cognitive methods were also needed for integral intervention.
