  abstract = {This study presents the evaluation of some biological and behavioural indicators. The article deals with a method to recognize which indicators are right signals of the adaptation level to the shift-work whith night cycle. We can predict the workers efficiency with the knowledge of two circadian rythms: cardiac rythm and peripherical temperature. Therefore, this study detects in workers with more than five years of shift-work, a decrease in the amplitudes of some circadian rythms.},
